3. The movement of wealth creation from financial capital to human capital. Wealth creation has gone from money to people- both intellectual and social. There will be a massive rate of unemployment and underemployment due to dramatic shift in our economy from industrial age to knowledge worker age.  A new economic system will emerge with new mind set, skill set and tool set that will drive the new global economy.  The employment sector will evolve in a free- agent market and people will have more and more options to express their potentialities.
